Slurry Pump 1

Warner rubber and metal lined pumps feature casings which are radially split into two halves. Minimum casing bolts reduce maintenance and minimise downtime.

Moulded impellers and loose liners are available in various elastomers. Loose metal liners and impellers are also available in abrasive resistant alloys and various corrosion resistant metals.

Slurry Pump 2

Both metal or rubber liners and impellers, or a combination of both, are interchangeable within the same pump to facilitate use in various applications. Outline dimensions are common to both metal and rubber pumps allowing interchangeability without pipeline or civils rework being necessary.

Slurry Pump 3

A removable cartridge type grease lubricated bearing assembly can be replaced with the pump base in-situ, facilitating easy maintenance. Extra heavy duty and oil lubricated bearing assemblies are available on request.

Pumps are available with an optional centrifugal shaft seal which eliminates theneed for gland sealing water.

Slurry Pump 4

This reduces costs, eliminates product dilution and is suitable where suction conditions permit. For intermittent duties, the unique Warner Seal eliminates leakages whilst the pump is stationary.

Configurations of metal and rubber lined pumps of the same frame size use the same base, bearing assembly, stuffing box and shaft sleeve, reducing stockholding to a minimum.

Polyurethane, stainless steel, ceramic and various hard wearing alloys are available on request.

Fields of application

Corrosive, pure and contaminated media in the chemical, pharmaceutical and petrochemical industries, in metal processing, waste disposal and recycling etc.
  • when stainless steel is not su!ciently resistant
  • alternatively to expensive Hastelloy, Monel, tantalum pumps
  • when anti-adhesive surfaces are important.

Chemical Process Pump 2

The P-Series is particularly economical and reliable with
  • less environmentally critical or hazardous media as pumps with single mechanical seals are lower priced than sealless pumps
  • high solids-laden, gas-containing or other problematic media especially when sealless pumps are unsuitable
  • badly lubricating media: gas-lubricated mechanical seals

Design

Single-stage, plastic-lined, frame-mounted chemical process pump of heavy-duty design. Dimensions to EN 22 858/ISO 2858. Size 25-25-100: Close-coupled design for "ange motor. Flanges with holes drilled to ISO 7005-2/PN 16. On request drilled to ANSI B16.5 Cl. 150, JIS or BS.

Series 'K' centrifugal pumps are molded of high purity 100% natural color virgin PVDF. The resin is FDA approved and offers exceptionally high chemical resistance to strong acids and solvents.
